Equity & Vesting Schedule

To ensure long-term commitment and platform stability, all co-founder equity is governed by a strict vesting schedule. We hold an equal 25% stake each at formation.

  • 1-Year Cliff: No equity vests for the first 12 months. Departure before the cliff results in 100% forfeiture.
  • 4-Year Total Vesting: Equity vests monthly over 48 months reaching full allocation.
  • Vesting Acceleration: Single-trigger (12 months) upon acquisition; Double-trigger (Full) upon acquisition + termination.
